In one line : Very nice decor, sandwiches are a little oily
Review : The first thing that impressed me was the decor. Wood panels, wood trim and details that transports us to an old Parisian cafe. What is surprising is that this change of decor is recent. The old Zorba decor (the restaurant that occupied this spot for several years before Cafe Local) was completely different.
The menu is simple, pasta, pizza, sandwiches. I tasted the pulled pork sandwich. The sandwich came with a very good salad. The problem is that the sandwich bathed in a layer of oil. Did the oil came from the salad or sandwich, I'm not sure. I had to use more than 6 napkins to wipe my hands. It was good but a little too much work. Some sandwich drainage or putting the salad in a separate plate would be a good idea.
