In one line : Excellent and very inexpensive
Review : What a surprise! I've walked by this place maybe hundreds of times before without even noticing it but I went yesterday and I will surely return. It is a small bistro with a few tables (it also sells some Brazilian products). The menu is simple but complete. There are traditional Brazilian dishes like feijoada that I have not tried yet as well as empanadas and sandwiches (the menu is on their website). I tried a spicy beef empanada ($ 3), cassava fries (nuggets) (around $ 3) and tortillas with chicken and spinach for $ 4.25 (you can choose a combination of ingredients, up to three). Everything was excellent but the revelation was the small plate of fried cassava served with a little grated cheese and shallots. Excellent! Especially with the green sauce (I think it's called chimichurri). Both wheat flour tortillas were quite large and stuffed with seasoned chicken and fresh spinach with a little grated cheese. I was not expecting that much for $ 4.25! Tortillas (home made?) were surprising, crunchy but not dry. The empanada was good as well, not very spicy though (again, you should put some of that green sauce on it). The most surprising part are the prices, great quality to price ratio. Must visit.
