In one line : public market.
Review : If you are looking for a typical outdoor market, like the Jean-Talon market, you will be disappointed. This market doens't have a outdoor seasonal section, just a permanent section which is opened all year. The market is located near a beautiful 1914 Beaux-Arts style building, and in front, there's a great fountain but the surroundings look a little abandonned.
