In one line : best inexpensive tex-mex.
Review : Eventhough it's a small chain (one restaurant per city), it's still a good place for tex-mex food. Good basic tex-mex selections (chili, quesadilla, tacos, etc..), good prices (all main dishes under $10.00) and good service. The only drawback is that, like other downtown tex-mex restaurants, it's the kind of place the boss takes out the secretary after work hour and where lot's of business man take their power lunches... So it's usually crowded and often noisy. But after 19:00 or during the afternoon, it's a good place to go. There's also a bar on the first floor (the dining area is on the second floor), with 5 a 7 special (happy hour) and a small terrasse in the front.
