In one line : the Ritz-Carlton hotel's restaurant.
Review : This is the Ritz-Carlton's restaurant so it is quite expensive but it is also considered to be one of the best classic french restaurant in Montreal. I have not had the pleasure to visit this restaurant but it has a good reputation and it is regularly picked as one of Canada's best restaurant.
