Computer hardware

It would be easier to tell you where not to go, there's a couple of places that have a bad reputation (and for some reason, they are still open). But instead, I'll make a couple of suggestion where you won't have, probably, too much trouble : Logix Innovation on Côte-des-Neiges road (near the metro station of the same name) has a good reputation and Computerease on Sherbrooke street (altough I have had some trouble with their name-brand hardware, but it's not really their fault). For software, CD-ROM Depot at Place-Versailles (Radisson metro station) has a large choice of french and english languages CDROMs but it's more expensive than average. Camelot Info has a good selection and average prices (the Place Ville-Marie downtown location is less expensive then its other downtown location and has a larger selection). Compusmart on Square Phillip downtown has a good selection of games but the prices are sometimes higher, sometimes lower than the average (especially on peripherals).
