Good looking, but poor customer service, even vulgar. (2.5/5)
The product looks good, sturdy, but the company refuses to acknowledge that there is a problem with thermal bridge in their product. Three different contractors checked the situation and all said that there was a problem with the door. The glass was warmer than the metal frame, which iced up severely in cold weather. After two months of not getting service, they finally came and added some thermal insulation. The boss was vulgar and obstructive, always wanting to place the blame on something other than his product. He took a superior attitude and does not know how to act with clients who need service on a very expensive product. While their products appear to be well made, they would not accept that there might be a problem with this item.
