This building is located to the south of the St-Antoine street. It use to be a hotel and a train station at the same time in the 20's. This building closed its doors in 1935 and now is used as offices for certain municipal services. The architectural model of this building is the work of Bruce Price, the same person that did the elegant château Frontenac in Quebec city. It has a french influence or allure, like the châteaux de la Loire in France.
