In one line : one of the best vietnamese restaurant in town.
Review : There's a large selection of dishes (not just the traditional brochettes and tonkenese soups) which makes this vietnamese restaurant even more interesting. All the people I talk to rate this restaurant as one of the best, and I agree with them. By the way, if you don't know what a tonkenese soup is, it's a large (altough there are different sizes, the large soup is usually enormous by north american standards) soup with clear broth and rice noodles and vegetables and thinly slice raw beef that cooks in the soup itself as well as trimmings that you can add (soy sprouts, mint, lime, etc).
