Multi-ads
We now also offer multi-ads. Multi-ads let you advertise many apartments with only one ad or advertise one apartment in multiple sections at the same time. One multi-ad therefore replaces many single ads but appears in all the sections the single ads would have appeared. The advantage is the lower cost of advertising. For example, if you are advertising apartments for long term and short term rentals, available in 1, 2 and 3 1/2 sizes in Downtown and the Plateau, that one multi-ad will replace 12 single ads but will appear in all the lists for the Plateau, Downtown, 1 1/2, etc. It's a saving of up to 65%. Also, there is no commission to pay, just a fixed price.
You can use this calculator to add up the total price for the desired multi-ad:
