We now also offer multi-listings. Multi-listings let you advertise many apartments with only one ad or advertise one apartment in multiple sections at the same time. One multi-ad therefore replaces many single listings but appears in all the sections the single listings would have appeared. The advantage is the lower cost of advertising. For example, if you are advertising apartments for long term and short term rentals, available in 1, 2 and 3 1/2 sizes in Downtown and the Plateau, that one multi-ad will replace 12 single listings but will appear in all the lists for the Plateau, Downtown, 1 1/2, etc. It's a saving of up to 65%. Also, there is no commission to pay, just a fixed price.
