In one line : excellent french-influenced vietnamese cuisine.
Review : Vietnamese cuisine is usually not know to be "haute cuisine" but this restaurant is an exception. The dishes are delicate, refined and well presented. It may be non traditional but it works (there seem to be more french influences). The steamed stuffed rolls were surprizingly light and the cripsy Indochine duck excellent (you better order a side dish of rice or vermicelli to go with the duck). The mango sorbet was good (but you can find better sorbet at the Bilboquet on Bernard street not so far from this restaurant). It's a little more expensive (but not that much) than the usual vietnamese restaurant but it's well worth it. You should make reservations if you want to eat at the terrasse overlooking Jeanne-Mance park (it's a little noisy when there's an amateur baseball game in the park though).
