En une phrase : the best pizza in town?
Critique : This is, as far as I know, a new restaurant and it serves couscous (as the name implies) but also great pizza. They have a two 10" pizzas (and two softdrinks) special for $11.95 (tax included but if you have it delivered, it only applies to the Plateau area). The two pizzas sampled were the Fornarina (mushrooms, oregano, parmesan and mozarella) and the Mexican pizza (hot pepper, ground beef, onions, mozarella and fresh coriander). Both were excellent, as good as wood oven pizzas if not better but cheaper. The Mexican was especially good with its moist ground beef and fresh coriander that gave it extra points, although they could have added a little more hot peppers. The Fornarina had a ligther taste but the oregano and the parmesan set it apart. These were the best pizzas I have eaten lately. By the way, they moved recently a couple of doors down the street... the address listed here is their new one.
