Holiday Inn Select Montreal Centre

Type : Large hotel
Price : $$$

Located in Chinatown (the hotel itself has a chinese pagoda look to it), just a few steps away from the Palais des Congrès (convention center) and Place d'Armes metro station. It has an indoor pool, a sauna and fitness center. The Chez Chine hotel restaurant is reputed to be excellent and there's a nice lobby with a chinese-style pond. But the view of the south rooms overlooking Ville-Marie expressway is not very interesting (although it has a nice view of some old Montreal buildings). So you should ask for a room on the northern part of the hotel overlooking chinatown and downtown.
